For the life you’re actually living

You care for a lot.
There’s room for
you, too.

Maybe you’re getting through the day, but it takes more out of you than it used to. Maybe worry follows you into the quiet moments. Or you’re ready to revisit a treatment plan that doesn’t feel quite right.

Timshel offers a thoughtful place to talk about what has changed, what matters to you, and what support could look like.

“My mind keeps going, even when the house is finally quiet.”

“I’m doing what needs to be done. I just don’t feel like myself.”

“I want help, but I have questions about medication.”

These are examples of concerns you can bring, not patient testimonials. Kathie works with adults across life stages, including mothers navigating busy family lives.

Why choose this kind of care?

A conversation
with substance.

A kind connection matters. So does understanding what you’re receiving.

Kathie brings psychiatric and family-practice training to care that considers symptoms alongside your health, routines, responsibilities, and preferences.

Explore all questions
Do I have to know whether I want medication?

No. You can bring questions or uncertainty. Medication is one possible part of psychiatric care; the assessment and a discussion of appropriate options come before any treatment decision.

Is the free conversation a medical appointment?

No. It is a short introduction to discuss fit, the care process, fees, and practical questions. It does not include a diagnosis, prescription, or a full treatment plan.

How is this different from seeing my regular doctor?

Primary care can be a valuable source of mental health support. Kathie offers visits focused on psychiatric concerns, with a 60-minute initial visit and planned follow-up. The right choice depends on your needs, preferences, and budget.

Can I ask about the ongoing cost first?

Yes. Ask what follow-up might involve and what payment options are currently available. There is no obligation to continue after the introductory conversation.
